The first stage of work is a project based on knowledge and many years of experience
The design of the mould of high-temperature ceramics begins the process of creating a perfect, aesthetic lining of the fireplace hearth, freestanding furnace, heating boiler or elements of warm accumulation building.
Based on extensive knowledge and many years of experience, we can offer the best technical and technological solutions on the market in the field of accumulation materials.
Just choose a pattern – your own or use our ideas leaving us all technical aspects.
We will propose the best solutions.
We will adjust the composition of the chamotte aggregate mix, ensuring adequate mechanical and temperature resistance with high heat storage capacity.
We will adjust the optimal size and shape of structural components ensuring their universality, simplicity of assembly, stability and aesthetics of the entire structure.

Appropriate preparation ensures the highest quality assurance
Each new project is a challenge. Achieving the effect at the highest level of quality requires proper preparation. Making a standard, detailed fitting in the target device, making moulds, choosing the composition of the mix, casting techniques, making tests up to the laboratory tests of the finished product.
There is no place for chance here, every detail is important.
Preparation of the pattern based on accepted technical drawings, exact fit in the target device – the made template looks almost identical to the final product, although it is not a cast. At this stage, the customer can see how the ordered chamotte fittings will look in the device and has the ability to modify their appearance before the mould is made.

Production
High-temperature ceramic mouldings are products formed by vibration using masses containing processed refractory clay with a high content of alumina (Al2O3) as the basic component.
It is thanks to it that ceramics have adequate heat accumulation properties and its presence due to their resistance to fire as well as resistance to high temperatures and rapid changes.
The production process is based on forming, drying, hardening and soaking in specially designed furnaces. Appropriate mix selection in combination with the proprietary technology allows for many years of use of fittings while maintaining their accumulation and aesthetic values.
